Boffi

The Boffi brand has existed since 1934, when Piero Boffi started a workshop in which he made kitchen furniture. From the very beginning, creativity and quality are central to the production of his own designs.

In 1947 Piero opens a kitchen factory, which he and his three sons expand into an empire of kitchens, bathrooms and, since 2010, wardrobe systems.

Boffi’s elegant designs are regularly created through collaboration with top designers such as Piero Lissoni. Or think of the legendary Joe Colombo who in 1963 designs the revolutionary mini kitchen that Boffi still has in the assortment. The hand-held model Xila, a design by Luigi Massoni from the seventies, is still topical and loved by its timeless character.

The constant focus on innovation, innovation, creativity and quality yields the company in 1995, the Compassa d’Oro – which makes Boffi the only kitchen producer ever to receive this award.

In 2010, Boffi successfully passed the ISO 14001 certification process. As a key company in Italian design, sustainability is part of Boffi’s values and culture.

Boffi stands for a combination of craftsmanship, precision, flexibility and customization. All this is combined with high-quality technology in the field of materialisation, finishing and detailing.

Boffi combines the most modern technology with traditional handwork. This approach serves a double purpose: the tradition is preserved and product quality is increased.

Since 1994, the year of the first Boffi Store in Milan at the Corso Monforte, Boffi has experienced a strong expansion, making it the most representative Italian kitchen maker on the international market, with around 60 mono-brand stores and a presence in about 60 Nations.
